Ingredients:

  • salmon – 500 gr.
  • fresh or frozen spinach – 300 gr.
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • lemon – ½ pc.

We will steam the salmon in a double boiler. To prevent the fish from sticking, lightly grease the bottom with sunflower oil (you can cover it with parchment paper). Sprinkle the fish with seasonings, you can add a few sprigs of rosemary. It takes 20 minutes for the fish to be cooked in a steamer.

Finely chop the garlic and fry a little in a frying pan.

After 2-3 minutes, add chopped spinach to the garlic, reduce heat and simmer a little more. Season the spinach with lemon juice.

Place spinach on a plate and fish on top.

It’s very tasty to cook fish in a steamer with champignons, which can be placed on another shelf of the steamer.

This fish looks very appetizing, you can serve it on a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • any whole red fish – 1 pc.
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • tomato – 2-3 pcs.
  • nuts – 100 gr.
  • chili pepper – ½ pod
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • rosemary, cardamom, black pepper, salt to taste

We take a whole fish carcass and cut off the fins.

Carefully remove the spinal bone and small bones. We straighten the fish into fillets. Sprinkle with seasonings and pour lemon juice.

Cut the onion into rings, tomatoes and chili peppers into slices. Place the vegetables on the fillet and place a couple of rosemary sprigs on top.

Of the nuts, there were hazelnuts available, so I put them on top of the vegetables. I think you can try this fish with other nuts.

Now spray the fish a little with olive or sunflower oil and put it in the oven on the “grill” mode. Bake for 30 minutes until classic crust.

Cut the onions into rings or half rings and place them on the fish. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic passed through a press in a separate bowl. Lubricate the fish with onions with this sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the fish until the fish flakes easily with a fork (15-20 minutes). Serve immediately after cooking, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  • homemade mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l;
  • tomato adjika – 1 tbsp. l.;

  2. Cut the onions into half rings, grate the carrots using a grater.
  3. Drain the water, take out the potatoes, cut them into large pieces.
  4. Mix fresh vegetables, add salt, add adjika, a spoonful of vegetable oil, the same amount of mayonnaise, half of the grated cheese, and spices for the fish.

  • 1.5 stack. rice
  • 4.5 stacks chicken broth
  • 1 stack frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • 0.5 stack. grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 bunch. dill
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

How to cook:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leeks until soft. Add the green onions and finely grated lemon zest and cook for another minute.
  2. Place the onion mixture in the bottom of a deep baking dish or heatproof bowl and top with the rinsed rice. Pour hot broth over everything. Cover with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Salt and pepper the fish and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the risotto from the oven and toss it with the peas. Cover again and return to oven for another 10-12 minutes. If the risotto looks dry while cooking, add a little more liquid.
  5. Add lemon juice, grated Parmesan, chopped dill, salt and pepper to the finished risotto. Divide the fish into portions with a knife and carefully mix with the risotto.
