This device has a simple and intuitive interface. Attach the transducer to the fishing line and cast it into the water as you would normally cast bait. After turning on the echo sounder, the device is completely ready for operation. The echo sounder sends ultrasonic waves through the water, and a microprocessor, using wireless technology, filters the reflected signals. After the filtered signals are analyzed and processed, the results are displayed on the monitor. Updated data appears in the right corner of the screen and disappears in the left. Between these two points information is displayed: bottom contour line, water depth, fish size and location.
Note: taking into account the peculiarities of displaying information on LCD monitors, the device display should be held at a right angle, since changes in the display angle may interfere with the normal reading of the displayed information.
Attention: when the sensor is turned on, do not hold it by the base, as you may damage the sensor contacts and damage it. To immerse the sensor in water, hold it by the antenna located on its top.

Basic features of the echo sounder

Operating modes
The device operates in two operating states:
1. Dynamic mode (sensor movement) The device draws a picture of the bottom in real time based on data received from the sensor. Install the sensor in the water, move it slowly and at the same speed, then you will be able to see the correct information on the device monitor (bottom contour, its structure, depth, location of the fish and its size).
2. Float mode (stationary mode) Immerse the sensor in water and wait until it stops oscillating on the surface of the water. While on the surface of the water, the sensor will work in real time. As new fish appear, the information on the monitor will be updated immediately.
How does an echo sounder work?
The information is shown on the monitor in a simple and understandable image. It is worth emphasizing that the display is backlit, which allows you to use the device both day and night. In addition, the owners assure that the unit works flawlessly at the maximum depths specified by the manufacturer.
The company's engineers equipped the device with a sensor for determining the temperature overboard and the upper layers of the reservoir. In addition to determining the structure of the bottom and the location of the fish, the echo sounder can show the distance to the fish and, if necessary, enlarge the graphic image.
When a fish appears in the probe reading area, the fisherman will know about it thanks to the built-in sound alarm. Also, the same sensor will report about entering shallow water and low batteries.

Battery Installation
1. Unscrew the screw counterclockwise using a screwdriver. Next, slide the battery compartment cover down and remove it. 2. Install 4 AAA batteries. Make sure the batteries have the correct polarity. Push the battery compartment cover up until it is completely closed. Tighten the screws clockwise, but do not overtighten them.
Working with the sensor
Two holes on the front of the device are designed to secure fishing line. If you want to use the device in float mode, then attach the fishing hook to the fishing line through the second hole. Please note that with significant tension, there is a possibility of the line breaking. So we strongly recommend that you do not cast the fishing line too far unless absolutely necessary, since if the fishing line breaks, it will be difficult to get the sensor. You can secure the sensor by attaching it with additional fishing line to the first hole.

Note: Use a dry, non-metallic container to store the sensor. The sensor, for example, can be stored in a separate room away from any metal parts.
Sensor power
The device's sensor is equipped with a built-in non-removable lithium battery, which has a battery life of 550 hours under normal conditions of use. When the battery fails, it must be disposed of in accordance with the rules and regulations for the disposal of such items in accordance with applicable laws. When the transducer is lowered into the water, the echo sounder automatically turns on and begins sending ultrasonic signals. As the head unit sends outgoing signals, the received information is displayed on the monitor. A few seconds after the sensor is removed from the water, its power supply is automatically turned off and the transmission of ultrasonic signals stops. Attention: When you are not using the sensor, do not leave it in places with high humidity levels. Humidity can cause the sensor to turn on, thereby reducing its service life. For the same reason, be careful when storing the transducer on the side of a boat or on any metal surface. Note: Rinse the sensor surface with running water after using it in seawater.
Using a fish finder
To use the device, you must turn it on correctly. To do this, you need to install AA batteries in a special compartment. Then press and release the “Menu” key. When the echo sounder is activated, the monitor will temporarily display the starting “Right” and “Left”.
The owner independently chooses the operating mode. The unit offers a choice of two: “Normal” and “Simulator”. The first is recommended for standard use on a pond, and the second is for informational purposes only. The “simulator” demonstrates the operation of the device on water and shows all its capabilities.
After turning it on, you need to go to the options menu. To do this, press the “Menu” button once. Then use the same key to navigate. However, to change parameters, you should use the “Left” and “Right” buttons. After a few seconds of inactivity, the menu will automatically disappear from the display.
If you need to turn off the device, then press and hold the same key.
