Evgenia Sereda: biography, creativity, career, personal life

Childhood and youth

Evgenia was born in 1978 in Moscow.
Her father Vitaly Grigorievich is a mining engineer, engaged in mineral exploration. Zhenya was the eldest child in a large family, so she began working early to help her parents. Her youth occurred in the 90s, which became a turning point in the life of the country. In 1991, Evgenia came to the OASIS theater studio, which was directed by the poet and playwright Inna Zagraevskaya. For 3 years, the girl participated in the group’s productions, playing in the plays “The Little Mermaid”, “Heir”, “White Feather - Black Feather”, “Flower of Fire”.

In 1995, Sereda entered the first year of the Lenin Moscow Pedagogical Institute, and at the same time received a directing education there. She says her theater experience helped her develop a distinctive teaching style. Evgenia learned how to easily light up her students, but also how to not burn herself out.

Loyalty to the profession

The university instilled in the graduate an unquenchable love and great respect for the teaching profession. Teaching fascinated her from the 1st year, and she remains faithful to it to this day.

In 2000, Sereda represented the university at the city competition “Moscow Teacher of the Year” in the “Debut” category. The girl successfully completed all stages and reached the finals of the competition.

Evgenia not only has many years of experience as a school teacher, but since 2004 she has held the position of senior teacher at the Military Academy of the Russian Defense Ministry. The teacher constantly improves his skills and updates his own methodological piggy bank. She developed this habit during her university years as a student. At some point, when it seems that the ceiling has been reached, it is very important to rise to a new level and grow higher. Master classes and access to new technologies help push boundaries. Today, much attention is paid to the information competence of students, because in fact, the methods of developing techniques are simple, but very effective. On the basis of the Internet school “Prosveshchenie”, Sereda created several electronic modules on the subject “Russian Language” as part of an order from the Federal Education Agency. She developed modules for distance learning for 9th grade students.

UNIKORM Evgeniy Sereda winter

Winter bait Unikorm by Evgeniy Sereda, Motylin-Magnit, winter, 800g

- a universal high-protein bait of the highest class and one of the most attractive for fish due to the inclusion of special particles of “protenides” in its composition.
Which, slowly disintegrating and being located at the feeding point, help attract and retain a large number of fish. Unikorm Motylin-Magnit
bait is especially necessary when there is a high concentration of fishermen in a small area, with a lot of competition or weak bite.
In the absence of competition or acceptable fish activity, Motylin-Magnit
can be used as an additive to fishing crackers, “dirty” bloodworms or any winter bait from various manufacturers.
The color of the bait is dark, the fraction is fine-medium, the smell is protein, concentrated. If desired, bloodworms or any other living component can be added to the mixture. The bait requires moisture if necessary, and soil can also be added to it when fishing at great depths or currents. Winter bait Unikorm Evgeniy Sereda, Roach-winter 800g

Fishing bait Unikorm Zima Roach
has a fine fraction. The bait is dark in color with a smell similar to the smell of bloodworms and chocolate! It contains sweet floating particles that are very attractive to roaches from long distances. In addition to concentrated particles with the smell of natural protein, amino acids and other things, the composition includes special ingredients that help attract roaches. You can add bloodworms and other animal food to Evgeniy Sereda’s Unikorm Roach-Zima bait to better attract fish. Motylin-Gel

— Many fishermen remember and know such additives as Motylin-Magnit, Chervikom, Magic Traffic Light, Golden Protein (aka canned maggot). In the process of a thorough study of the behavior of fish in both cold and warm water, based on the experience of producing the above-mentioned additives, the wishes and reviews of thousands of anglers, Motylin-Gel was created! Motylin-GEL: a unique winter bait-bait from Evgeniy SEREDA - a “substitute” for food bloodworms. The basis of the bait is a high-protein super-gel based on bloodworms, canned bloodworms and maggots, grinding freeze-dried bloodworms and worms. The gel has an elastic consistency and easily crumbles by hand, and its particles are perceived by the fish as fragments of “live” food and are readily eaten, which allows you to reduce the consumption of food bloodworms and increase the efficiency of its use! The active flavor and aromatic components of the GEL are slowly and evenly released into the water, attracting fish to the feeding point.

Our information: Evgeniy SEREDA: champion of Russia, master of sports of international class, senior coach of the Russian national team from 1999 to 2007, presenter of three original programs on the “Hunting and Fishing” TV channel, candidate of technical sciences. Those who have digital television and the Stream channel have long known the author’s programs of Evgeniy Sereda: “Float Workshop”, “Winter Biting Technology”, “Secrets of Difficult Reservoirs”. In some episodes, Evgeniy Vasilyevich talks about the benefits of this supplement. Motylin-Gel is a product created personally by Evgeniy Sereda without belonging to any brand and does not belong to any trademark. Motylin – Gel

contains a highly active gel based on bloodworms with an intense protein odor, grinding freeze-dried bloodworms and worms, canned bloodworms and canned maggots!
In short, the essence is in two words: “proteins” and “gel”. Everyone knows that baiting animals is a great thing (even in summer, and even more so in winter). In Motylin
, it is the gel that plays the role of that very “living thing”: in consistency it is a kind of elastic-plastic substance (something similar to dense jelly or rather like brawn - it does not smear, but rather easily crumbles into fragments of various sizes), abundantly full of various “goodies”. Gel grains are significantly heavier in density than water, so they are well retained at the bottom even during currents. At the same time, the gel itself is practically insoluble in water at all, but the flavoring and aromatic additives absorbed in it are released very slowly and evenly into the water - which is what we need. But the main thing is different - because of the consistency and taste, the fish perceives grains of Motylin-gel as some kind of “pieces of live food”. As you know, when ice fishing, the fish practically do not eat the bait itself at all (with very rare exceptions), and its purpose is mainly to simply attract the fish to the food bloodworm. But she eats grains of Motylin! You can easily verify this either with the help of an underwater camera, or simply by carefully placing a small piece on a sensitive “roach” float - you will get a clear bite (although it’s hardly worth fishing with it - the bait is too delicate and does not hold well on the hook). But the larvae of canned maggots from Motylin as an addition to bloodworms are an excellent way to “enlarge” the average size of individuals in the catch! The gel does not freeze and can withstand temperatures down to minus 20 degrees and can be used with any bait - both loose and moistened - in any quantity. Guaranteed shelf life of 1 year at storage temperatures from +20 to -30 degrees!!!

Integration of Sciences

Evgeniya devoted many years of her teaching career to the Penaty educational center. During this period, dozens of her monographs were published on the integration of the natural and human sciences. When the future teacher came to the Faculty of Philology, literature was her favorite subject. But the teachers revealed to the student that all the brightness of the Russian language cannot be comprehended in isolation from other sciences. Integration with the natural sciences creates a holistic picture of the world. For example, without knowing the spelling of the names of settlements, a geographer will not be able to find them on the map.

Evgenia's travels with her students around the country revealed to them the diversity of the Russian language. For example, in Tatarstan there are residents who speak more literately than in the capital, but you will not find such a beautiful, melodious dialect as in Vologda anywhere. Traveling around the world has shown that the English language is losing its monopoly and is no longer putting pressure on the Russian language.

Scientific activity

Even as a student, Evgenia became interested in studying the modern Russian language, in particular morphology. The most controversial issue in speech grammar turned out to be interjection. The place of this part of speech in the general classification and its interaction in the modern system of philology are the subject of Sereda’s candidate and doctoral dissertations. A separate section is devoted to the placement of punctuation marks for interjections. A significant contribution to the study of the issue was the corresponding textbook, which was published in 2013. The book is intended not only for linguistic students, but also for language teachers. The material is supported from fiction, modern poetry and colloquial speech.

Sereda has been interested in ancient languages and linguistics for many years. She chose the Church Slavonic language as one of the areas of her own scientific research. She adapted the methods of the famous Russian linguist Alexander Kamchatnov for Sunday parish schools. Evgenia herself taught this discipline in one of the capital's educational institutions and sang in the church choir.
