Today, on the fishing tackle market there are many different companies engaged in the production of bulk plastic baits. If you look at the counter of any store, you will notice that wobblers occupy the lion's share of the assortment. Not surprising, because baits of this type are very catchy. Everyone knows that not all wobblers catch fish equally well. Typically, the catchability of a bait is directly proportional to its price. Expensive “Japanese” fish almost always and everywhere, if, of course, they are used by a person who knows what wiring needs to be used. It's rare to find an expensive wobbler that doesn't work at all. But among the baits in the budget price category, there are a bunch of wobblers that don’t work at all or only catch very active fish.

The majority of CIS fishermen are not rich people. Not everyone can pay 1000-2000 rubles for a bait that can be lost on the first fishing trip. And I don’t want to buy cheap Chinese consumer goods either, because half of these wobblers are of exactly the same use as a keychain. Therefore, we constantly have to look for a price/quality compromise.

The appearance of Kosadaka wobblers on our market is a solution to the constant problem of finding catchable bait. The products of this company are copies of well-known baits from branded companies that have been caught thousands of times. The workmanship, appearance, and internal filling are almost identical to the originals, but the cost is 3-4 times lower. The catchability of Kosadaka wobblers was appreciated by many fishermen in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Most anglers who have fished with Kosadaka products are inclined to believe that the lures work exactly the same as the original models. Some specimens smoke even better than their prototypes...

For those who are not yet familiar with the products of the Kosadaka company, I offer my review of catchy models that I myself managed to try. All the wobblers that you will read about below are high-quality baits that are not inferior in catchability to expensive baits. The only drawback of Kosadaka wobblers is the lack of colors. At the moment, manufacturers are working to expand the range of baits. Perhaps in the future, new palettes will appear. But this is pure aesthetics, designed to attract the attention of the fisherman to the product. By and large, the fish doesn’t care: it even likes standard colors.

Kosadaka Cord-R

Kosadaka Cord-R is simply beautiful!
Take a look at this wobbler? Doesn't remind you of anything? Yes, it's Jackall Tiny Magallon! Yes, that's right - it's a copy of it. I have both the original and Cord-R in my box. The body geometry of the wobblers is exactly the same, and the performance of both models is excellent. But “Kosadakovsky” Cord-R costs 2 times less. What about the game?

Cord-R is a prime example of the superiority of a copy over the original, which I mentioned above. I compared the statistics: there are many times more bites on the Kosadaka product! The movements in the water are simply mesmerizing: the wobbler plays perfectly on a uniform retrieve and responds to all types of twitching. An excellent bait for a beginner, because it is impossible to spoil his game. The movements in the water are strikingly similar to the way a wounded fish swims. The wobbler makes turns, yaws from side to side. When the wiring stops, the movable tail section will continue to move by inertia, which drives the predator crazy. Cord-R's element is shallow waters. In the summer, in the heat, his amazing game can stir up even a very passive predator. Large specimens are rarely found on Cord-R, but medium and small specimens land on it regularly. Wobbler for fans of dynamic fishing, where the process is more important, not the result.

Perch models

Kosadak wobblers are represented by analogues of brands for perch. They have the same performance characteristics and a wide range of colors. The lines are produced with baits of various types, depths and sizes. The company produces high-quality copies of famous wobblers that are not inferior to the originals.

Long XS 32F

The ultralight model is used for fishing for small perch. By-catch often includes chub, ide, medium-sized asp and large rudd. Works in shallow water. Depth - up to 1.5 m. Excellent resistance to strong currents. The best way to activate the bite is twitching.

Microwobblers are used for catching river and lake perch. The bright, lively action attracts stripers from afar, making it easier to find fish.

Raven

The bait is made in the form of a crank and is a copy of the Jackall Chubby wobbler. The best wiring would be Stop'n'go, although the wobbler shows decent results even with a uniform reeling of the line. For greater success, spinners use acceleration or deceleration of the bait, which awakens the instincts of the predator, and it comes out to attack.

Rating of the best wobblers for pike

The brand presents the product in two versions: XS and XL. Both baits are 4 cm long, but the first type dives up to 0.5 m, and the second – up to 1.5 m. Traditionally, the model is considered a chub bait, but the Kosadaka Raven Wobbler is used just as successfully on perch.

Kurado xd 50f

Deep design with a wide blade. Suitable for hunting large perch and pike perch. Thanks to its special features, it touches the bottom when retrieving, attracting the attention of a lurking predator. The weight of the wobbler is 5 g, which is proportional to the length - 5 cm. The working depth is 2 meters, and the maximum indicators reach 3 m. The line includes a surface model with a depth of up to 0.5 m.

In addition to the baits listed, the results show:

  • Beagle XS – shad with a depth of up to half a meter;
  • Rat V50S is a sinking crank, an indispensable hunter for active bass.

Reviews about these Kosadak wobblers are the most positive.

Kosadaka Ion XS 90F

Kosadaka Ion XS 90F
An excellent copy of the well-known Rigge from ZipBaits. This wobbler is my personal favorite when it comes to fishing at depths of up to one and a half meters. The main object of fishing is, of course, pike. Moreover, both large crocodiles and small crocodiles respond well to Ion. A sort of station wagon. The game of the bait is somewhat different from the game of the original “Ridge 90”, but this does not in any way affect the catchability. Ion 90 catches just great! Although the bait has its own game, it is better for them to work by twitching. At each jerk, the wobbler makes sharp movements from side to side, imitating a wounded fish that is trying to escape the chase. And this is a powerful irritant for a predator. It is necessary to include pauses in the wiring. It is on them that pike attacks most often occur. If you fish with the Ion 90, I advise you to use a hard leader, at least 20 cm long. It will not affect the game, but there will be significantly less overlap than when fishing with soft leaders made of fluorocarbon or leader material.

Kosadaka Mystic XS

A masterpiece of the company! Mystic XS is made in the image and likeness of the famous pike killer Megabass Vision 95. The cost of a copy is 3 times less than the product from Megabass. In principle, the Vision 95 is slightly better executed, flies much further, plays better on pauses, so the price difference is fair. But, nevertheless, the Mystic XS catches almost as well as the Vision. The main object of hunting with this wobbler is pike. Toothy is simply amazed by the pirouettes Mystic XS performs in the water. On sharp jerks, the wobbler makes sharp throws to the side, and on pulls it moves in a yaw direction. But the bait shows real miracles during pauses. When the wiring stops, the wobbler makes measured oscillations from side to side and wags its tail a little. This has a suppressive effect on the fish’s nervous system and provokes an attack. By the way, Mystic XS is good to use in large water areas where you need to quickly locate fish. It has been noticed that the wobbler attracts predators from very long distances. As for the size of trophies, the range is very wide. It happens that the wobbler is attacked by laces weighing 300-500 grams, and sometimes mothers weighing more than 2-3 kg bite on it. In general, the bait is worthwhile and, in my opinion, deserves special attention from pike hunters.

Kosadaka Mascot XS 80F

Wobbler ZipBaits Orbit 80 is a true legend of the fishing world. It has been written and rewritten about him on forums, he constantly appears in articles from fishing magazines. And all because the wobbler is extremely catchy. Of course, the Kosadaka company could not help but copy this wobbler. This is how the Mascot XS 80F appeared on SVT - a bait that many are already calling a complete replacement for the “Orbit”.

Of course, the Mascot XS 80F turned out to be not as beautiful as the Orbit 80, but, as I already said, the company’s priorities are to expand the model range as much as possible. But the body shape is absolutely identical to the prototype. Flight performance is also no worse. And the movements in the water are exactly the same as those of the Orbit 80. The wobbler is responsive to jerks of any strength and intensity. Those. With this wobbler you can catch active fish using aggressive twitching, or you can “persuad” a sleepy pike to attack by using short jerks and frequent pauses. One fisherman once wrote on the forum that having just one Mascot XS 80F with you, you can catch a lot of fish, regardless of what the tasks and conditions are. And I completely agree with his words.

For the money that “orbit” costs, you can buy 3 Mascot XS 80F. Considering the phenomenal catchability and high-quality performance, the conclusion suggests itself: “Why pay more?” No need. Therefore, don’t overpay and feel free to take the Mascot XS 80F. This bait will bring you many good catches and only positive impressions.

Silicone Kosadaka

Date: March 9, 2015 | 611

The Kosadaka company has become very famous among domestic spinning anglers for its inexpensive clones of popular and catchy wobblers from various Japanese companies. But this brand did not limit itself to wobblers and went on to explore new niches, carrying all the same principles - high quality, proven prototypes and ridiculous prices. Kosadaka silicone baits appeared . This edible product is in great demand today due to its unique combination of price and quality and availability for anyone who wants to try microjig fishing and edible silicone.

It's no secret that the lion's share of everything, including fishing gear, is made in China today. The most serious brands place their lines in Chinese factories. This is the norm, it doesn’t bother anyone, because... the quality is consistent and monitored. After all, serious brands do not like to throw their well-deserved image into the mud by tripping over the notorious Chinese quality. So, orders and production are placed not only by TOP companies, but also by many small, medium-sized, little-known and completely unknown. And sometimes the factories are the same, the same technologies, similar materials - which means the quality is comparable.

One of these companies was Kosadaka... Starting with copies of wobblers, providing passable quality and brutally dumping prices, this brand broke through to the pinnacle of fame, at least in our market and in the segment of inexpensive wobblers, and then edibles and other gear. Not all fishermen can afford expensive Japanese or American gear and bait. For many people, only a segment of inexpensive Chinese copies and fakes is available. But even among the gloomy army of clones there are bright spots, so to speak. And Kosadaka is one of the brightest names in this segment today. This applies to wobblers, and this also applies to edibles. In any case, my personal experience of using the products of this company and reviews from colleagues testify to the decent quality and excellent catchability of these baits.

Let's move on to the materiel. Kosadaka silicone is quite durable and moderately hard. These baits cannot be called snotty and very elastic. But it’s hard to even consider them oak. This elasticity is normal, the tails and limbs work well, but also decent resistance to fish bites. It could be a little softer, but at those prices, it’s simply shameless to be picky.

As was the case with wobblers, the edible has a continuous color scheme. Now there are 9 colors and all baits are produced in these 9 color variations. The approach may not be the best, but, again, we make allowances for the fact that this company is not only elite, but so cheap that it’s stupid to find fault. Moreover, there is something to try from the available colors. The only thing is that it’s a pity that there is no purple color, like Raines’ Lox... It would be very out of place. And so, there is a wonderful “machine oil”, there is dark green, dark brown with red sparkles (close to machine oil), just the most killer black-transparent with sparkles (DS color), and various light ones, light ones with sparkles, green ones , yellow, red. Fine!

The abundance of attractant is quite decent. Kosadaka baits seriously smear, leave a noticeable mark when placed on paper, and seriously stain your hands with a viscous, seemingly greasy liquid secreted. The smell of the Kosadaka edible is quite strong, pungent, and, to put it mildly, unpleasant for humans. As I have said many times: a person feels sick, but a fish likes it. That, and almost all edibles that you have ever held in your hands smell far from perfume. Well, a strong smell is good. This means that it attracts fish from a greater distance. In any case, practice shows that fish are perfectly caught using food from Kasadaki, which means they like the smell and taste.

I have already mentioned the price of Kosadaka edible rubber - this is the most unprecedentedly cheap, budget, ball rubber that you can find. When you see that a pack of, say, 20 silicone worms, or 3 large baits costs $1, and you also know that these are catchy baits, you want to buy many, many packs. There is no more accessible edible. So, for beginners, for those who don’t have a lot of money for gear, but want to try microjig fishing with modern silicone lures, Kosadaka is just the perfect option. Yes, and for those who spend significant sums on their hobby, I would not recommend turning up their noses at some models of this rubber!

By the way, about models. Kosadaka silicone is currently available in eleven models, plus some lures have larger and smaller versions.

There is a clone of the famous Keitech Sexy Impact slug - Kosadaka Sota Worm. A clone of the no less legendary Tsunekichi Worm – Kosadaka Sly Worm. Large crayfish, clone, most likely Bait Breath Rush Craw - Kosadaka Kong. Rocky Fry Curly Tail twister clone - Kosadaka Vibra. Another five models of vibrating tails, for the most part, also reproduce well-known baits from other companies. There is a twister, and there is an interesting slug with a worm-like body and a semi-twister tail. Not a bad set.

I am sure that the model range will grow. We are waiting for new products from Kosadaka. Perhaps clones of well-known baits, maybe something completely new.

Kosadaka Raven

Kosadaka Raven
A copy of the famous Jackall Chubby. It must be said that many companies copied this wob, but not many managed to make a copy as catchy as the original. The developers of Kosadaka tried their best and they managed to make a wobbler that is in no way inferior to the Chabik. In our conditions, Kosadaka Raven works great for chub and perch; it does not disdain ide and asp. The wobbler perfectly catches small grass pike. Since this is a classic crank, only 2 types of postings are applicable to it: uniform and “stop and go”. Of course, a lot depends on the wiring speed. In some cases, slowing down or speeding up the rotation of the reel handle can have a qualitative impact on the bite. The Kosadaka Raven wobbler has a slight depth, so it is advisable to use it in shallow areas or when fishing in the upper layers of water. The bait holds the stream remarkably well and does not lose its grip even on fast riffles of small rivers. The cost of the bait is 1.5 times less than the price of the original, and in essence the wobbler is no different from the legendary “Chabik”. Draw your own conclusions...

It is simply impossible to cover the entire range of Kosadaka wobblers. I only talked about those baits that, in my opinion, have become the hallmark of the company and are the standard of catchability and quality. Start fishing with Kosadaka baits and within a couple of seasons you will fill your box with wobblers from this company - you will like them so much.

Wobblers for pike

The company produces products of different types and working depths. In the model range of wobblers for pike from the Kosadaka company, there are two- and three-piece lures. As a rule, each one is made for a specific season and fishing conditions.

Meta XS 80F

Lure type – floating. The maximum depth, according to the manufacturer, reaches 2 meters. Weight is 9.2 g, size is 80 mm. An excellent model for catching pike in shallow water, among water lilies, near the shore edges. Typically, twitching wiring is used, less often - smooth wiring, with slight twitching.

The bait shows results in late summer and autumn. The color range allows you to choose the color of the product to match any transparency of the water. The by-catch of pike includes medium-sized perch, which makes the bait universal.

Mascot 110F

A minnow-type wobbler has a depth of up to 1.2 m. It is used for summer fishing, mainly in bright colors. Weight – 16.1 g, which opens up possibilities for long-distance casting. The wobbler works both on uniform wiring and on twitch.

Along with the 11-cm model, the line includes a smaller bait – 8 cm. It is suitable for catching small grass pike and medium-sized perch. The Mascot XS 80F model is a deep version, capable of diving up to 2.5 m. It is used both in summer and autumn.

Cord-R 90F SX

One of the best for pike fishing, type – suspender. Thanks to the design, it works great on even and jerky wiring, and also allows you to experiment. A depth of only 30 cm makes it possible to place the bait where other lures are powerless. Works in shallow water, in windows between vegetation, along the wall of reeds. The model is equipped with two strong tees, from which the “toothy” one rarely comes off.

Kosadaka Flash XS 130F

The minnow-shaped product is equipped with 3 sharp hooks. Working depth is 1-1.2 m. It shows itself effectively during autumn fishing. The model is famous for catching trophies during cold water periods, for which it has received recognition from spinning anglers. Product weight – 18 g.

For experimental purposes, you can start fishing with bait in the summer. Variation of colors allows you to determine the lure for specific conditions or choose a bait in your favorite color. The model range also includes an 11 cm wobbler, which performs well as a medium-sized predator.

Mirage 70F, Mirage 70F XD

A legendary line recognized by fans of spinning pike fishing. The first wobbler is considered surface and is used in shallow areas of the reservoir. Depth of work – 1-1.5 m, weight – 9 g. The second type is capable of diving up to 5 m, which makes it invaluable in searching for a deep predator. For both models, the best retrieve is considered to be uniform, with pauses - the “step” interests the pike throughout the fishing season.

In addition to these representatives of artificial baits, the line also includes a wobbler for perch – Mirage XS 50F.
