Swimming with dolphins: rules and restrictions

- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as people with contraindications for health reasons (from colds to cardiovascular diseases) are strictly not allowed into the pool.
- Pregnant women and children under 3 years old will also not be able to swim with dolphins, but are actively invited to communicate with dolphins on land, and will also be able to take photographs of them as a souvenir
- Children aged 3 to 8 years can only come to the pool accompanied by an adult who knows how to swim and exclusively wearing a life jacket
- A prerequisite for everyone is the ability to swim. It's no good to embarrass yourself in front of dolphins!
- You must arrive at the dolphinarium at least 10 minutes before the start of the session. A professional instructor will meet you in the hall and arrange an unforgettable swim with dolphins.
- Unpunctuality is punished very strictly - simply by deprivation of this incredible pleasure! Please do not be late so as not to deprive yourself of such an amazing time, and also remember that monies paid will not be refunded
- You will be provided with a wetsuit, but this is not enough to prepare you for swimming with dolphins. Therefore, take with you all the swimming accessories: swimming trunks, swimsuits, slippers, a towel and, if necessary, shower gel and shampoo
- All jewelry (rings, chains, pendants, earrings, bracelets) and wristwatches must be removed before swimming, as they can injure both dolphins and other people during group swimming
- while swimming with dolphins, you can freely stroke their body and grasp their dorsal fin; all other actions must be agreed upon with the trainer
- Carefully follow the instructions of the instructor, who will observe what is happening from the side throughout the session. Amateur activities are strictly prohibited and may result in deprivation of the opportunity to swim with dolphins!
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in cancellation of the gift certificate and premature termination of the session. We really don't want one of the most memorable days of your life to be ruined, so we urge you to be respectful of both the animals and pool staff, as well as other swimmers. On the other hand, dolphins are not prohibited from swimming close to you, and the likelihood of such an outcome is very likely, because they are amazing and inquisitive animals.
It is not necessary to go out into the ocean on your own to look for dolphins in Hawaii. On almost every island (Oahu, Big Island, Maui, etc.) there are companies that organize diving tours with dolphins. A much easier way is to visit the park. For example, Sea World on Oahu.
