Paintball site in Lefortovo
Paintball is an active sport game that usually involves two teams playing against each other on a specially prepared area, shooting paint balls at each other. There are many paintball clubs in Moscow, but what I like most about MFP Lefortovo is that the playing area is one of the largest indoor areas in the capital.

The Rustic restaurant has billiards, board games, discos and karaoke on weekend evenings. We have a sauna complex, an open font heated by a wood-burning stove.
Types of active recreation
There are many types of physical activity that you can do to relax your mind and body. The most popular is sports tourism. There are different ways to complete the route
- By car;
- On horseback;
- On a motorcycle;
- On foot;
- Kayaking;
- Skiing and stuff.
This also includes mountaineering or just short trips to the mountains.
On the beach you can also find a lot of options for how to spend time profitably. Regular swimming in sea water is an active recreation. You can diversify your time on the beach with:
- Diving - scuba diving to shallow depths for the untrained or to significant depths for those with special skills. Even a shallow dive can cause a storm of positive emotions, and if you also manage to see the beauty of the underwater world, then it’s doubly great.
- Surfing – beginners will not be able to catch a wave without training. But after you master these skills, emotions will overflow.
- Water skiing - riding on plastic skis behind a boat. It will take a little time to get used to, but the results are worth it.
Active recreation includes hunting and fishing. If you combine these activities with traveling around the country, you will get positive emotions from visiting new places and doing your favorite activities. There are many tours for fishermen to the Karelian forests, Lake Baikal, bird hunting in the taiga, bear hunting among the hills of Kamchatka.
For lovers of adrenaline rush in large doses, extreme entertainment is provided. This sport is suitable for people who do not have diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems of the body. Extreme tourism includes:

A hang-glider is practically a small airplane with an open cockpit, and most importantly, very comfortable. The pilot conducts a tour during the process, shows and tells everything. Claustrophobia quest – Ghostbusters
Claustrophobia is a network of quests in Moscow on various topics and in different districts of the capital. I liked the Ghostbusters quest the most. This is a great opportunity to feel like you are among your favorite characters from the film of the same name. This quest has 3 difficulty levels - just choose the appropriate one before playing.

The quest is very cool, I really liked it. We chose the medium mode, which was difficult at times, although there were about 15 quests in the box. If there is no adult on the team, then the administration offers the services of an accompanying person who will go through the quest with the children and make sure that everything is in order. The service is available to all teams with players aged 8 to 14 years.
Helicopter flight
But I gladly agreed to the next type of active recreation – a sightseeing tour by helicopter around the capital. You can choose different programs that differ in the location of the excursion and the time in the air. My first flight lasted 40 minutes, during which I enjoyed the views of Moscow from above the clouds.

Skydiving
Another type of extreme active recreation, which I haven’t decided on myself yet, but I gave a certificate to a friend who had long dreamed of skydiving. Since he is a beginner, it was a tandem jump with an instructor. I was scared even to watch from the ground, but my friend was simply delighted with the feeling of free falling from a height of 4000 meters.

This company allows you to bungee jump from the tower of the Moscow Cultural Center and the Manikhino Bridge.
