XXIV EXHIBITION-FAIR OF FOLK ARTS AND CRAFTS OF RUSSIA

The long-awaited celebration of beauty and talent will be seen by Muscovites and guests of the capital from February 28 to March 4, 2018 in pavilion No. 2 (halls 4-6) of the EXPOCENTER Fairgrounds.
On the eve of International Women's Day, the XXIV exhibition-fair of Russian folk art crafts “BOAT. Spring fantasy 2018" . Over 700 craft organizations, artists and individually working craftsmen from 35 regions of Russia will take part in the exhibition. Participants from the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kirov, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Yaroslavl and Penza regions and many others are waiting for you, as well as from the Republics of Dagestan, Chuvashia, Tatarstan, Buryatia, Yakutia.

Lacquer miniature painting, hand lace and embroidery, artistic processing of wood, metal, porcelain, ceramics and earthenware, glassware, artistic casting, forging, jewelry and home textiles, ethnic clothing, mosaics and stained glass.

Exhibition program

One of the working areas of the exhibition will be a meeting of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship.

As part of the project, a competition will be held in the “Flowers of Spring” category. The beauty of flowers will be embodied in lace and embroidery, painting and wood carving, lacquer miniatures and many other techniques of folk art crafts. There will also be a competition in the nomination “For the best exhibition design.”
