To prepare mamalyga you will need the following ingredients and components:

Corn flour (you can buy ready-made, or you can grind corn grits yourself).
Wheat flour.
Two transparent plastic bags.
Water.

Sweet shortbread cookies – 3 pieces.
Soft white bread.
