In a slow cooker, you can boil fish in water or steam it, bake it until golden brown, simmer it in sauce or with vegetables. There are ways to cook salmon immediately with a side dish, which will additionally save time and eliminate unnecessary hassle. It’s just a matter of small things – just get the fish.

Recipes

Red fish goes very well with lemon juice. To prepare it in a slow cooker you will need:

  • dill – 6–7 sprigs;
  • lemon – ½ piece;
  • fish fillet – 1 pc.;
  • salt and spices - to taste.

Fill the multicooker container with water and place a steaming tray on it. Cover it with washed dill. Wash the fish thoroughly, cut into slices and rub with spices on both sides. Salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the fish on the tray and close the lid. The dish takes 20 minutes to prepare, resulting in a tasty and very healthy product.

It is worth noting that red fish is more tender and nutritious when compared to white fish. You can make it for the table according to a different recipe using:

  • lemon – ½ piece;
  • rosemary – 2 sprigs;
  • red fish – 1 fillet;
  • salt and seasonings - to taste.

Wash the fish well under running water and place it on a paper towel. Rub with salt and seasonings. Place in a bowl along with rosemary and leave for a few minutes.

  • beans - 1 cup.

Rinse the rice well until the water is clear. Rinse the fish under running water, remove the bones, if any. The carrots are washed and cut into thin strips. The onion is cut into a semicircle.

Pour water into the multicooker container and place the steaming tray on it. Fill it with onions and carrots.

• If you need to fry salmon until golden brown, it is advisable to bread the fish in flour. The pieces are placed only in heated oil. Otherwise, the fish may soften, release juice and lose its attractive appearance.

This recipe is for real gourmets. Steamed salmon in a slow cooker turns out very tender and tasty, thanks to the following ingredients - sesame seeds, mustard and honey.

What products are needed:

  • salmon – 2 steaks;
  • soy sauce – 2 tsp;
  • salt - half a teaspoon;
  • honey – 2 tsp;
  • mustard – 2 tsp;
  • sesame seeds – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to pay attention to the fish - rinse each piece, place it on a paper towel, or you can remove excess liquid using a regular clean kitchen towel.
  2. Next, prepare the sauce: mix liquid honey (if it’s candied, you need to melt it in a water bath for 2 minutes) with sesame seeds and mustard, add soy sauce. Mix the mixture thoroughly, taste it, if everything is in order, then you don’t need to add salt. Well, if you think that the sauce is not salty enough, then you should add a little salt. It's better to take sea food.
  3. Each piece should be dipped in the sauce and left to rest for 10 minutes.

If you decide to steam fish for the first time, then first use the traditional method to appreciate the full potential of this dish, unclouded by additional ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • water for steam;
  • one or two pieces of fish fillet, any according to your taste;
  • seasonings as desired.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the fish fillet, sprinkle it with your chosen spices, use a little salt and black pepper. You can buy a ready-made mixture of herbs specifically for fish.
  2. Place the pieces in a special multicooker tray, which is designed for steaming.
  3. Pour water into the bowl. The exact amount depends on the volume of the bowl, but usually 1.5 - 2 liters is enough.
  4. Close the device, set the desired mode, that is, “Steam”, and the time for 30 minutes. After this time has expired, the dish will be completely ready to eat.

Fish in the Polaris multicooker, baked in apples

In this recipe we will use mackerel. Tender, juicy and aromatic fish fillet combined with piquant apple flavor will surely please you and your family. To make such fish in the Polaris multicooker, prepare the following ingredients:

  • mackerel – 1 piece;
  • apples – 5-6 pcs.;
  • “Dutch” cheese for sandwiches – 1 package;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • green onion – 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • green peas - 0.5 cups;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method for cooking fish in a Polaris multicooker:

  1. Wash the apples and, without cutting them into pieces, remove the cores. You should get some kind of containers with a wall thickness of about 1.5 cm.
  2. Rinse the fish under the tap, remove the skin, entrails, bones and fins. Cut the mackerel into pieces that will fit into the prepared apples. Salt them, sprinkle with spices and brush with mayonnaise. Leave the fish to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the green onions. Sprinkle some green peas and chopped green onions inside each apple.
  4. Peel the onions, cut into rings, chop the lemon into slices. Wrap each piece of mackerel in a slice of cheese and immerse it in an apple. Place a slice of lemon, a slice of onion on top, and squeeze out a little mayonnaise.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in the bowl of the device. Activate the “Baking” program and cook the fish in the Polaris multicooker for 30-40 minutes.

Steamed fish cutlets

Ingredients:

  • approximately 500 grams of any fish;
  • seasonings based on your taste preferences;
  • two slices of bread;
  • one onion.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop the onion, soak the bread in water, place everything in a medium-sized container.
  2. Clean the fish if you do not have fillets. First cut into pieces and then pass through a meat grinder. You can also use a blender, but then the mass will come out completely puree.
  3. Combine onion and bread with minced fish, season everything with spices, mix well.
  4. Place water (about 1.5 liters) in the multicooker bowl, and form round pieces from the fish mass and place them in a steam tray.
  5. Turn on the appliance to the “Steam” program and wait 30 minutes.
