Cut the fish into pieces, like for kebabs. Pour in lemon juice and mix with fish seasonings. Leave to marinate on the counter for 2 hours.

Thread the marinated pieces onto a skewer, or place on a grill, and fry until the meat is cooked.

Fried with garlic and herbs

Fried silver carp, and even pre-marinated in garlic and herbs, is not just a fish, but a dish worthy of taking a place even on the holiday table.

Ingredients:

  • silver carp – 1 pc. (2 or more kg);
  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • frying oil;
  • flour for breading;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Clean the fish, remove the head, gut it, rinse.
  2. Cut lengthwise and remove the spine, divide into portions of 5-6 cm.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  4. Salt and pepper the pieces, mix well with herbs and garlic, put in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
  5. Take out, roll in flour, fry until golden brown.
  6. After this, it is recommended to place in a heat-resistant container and cook in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  7. Can be served with mashed potatoes, rice, salad.

This kind of fried silver carp is not suitable for a children's table - it has a lot of bones, although not small, but adults will like it. You can prepare tomato or white sauce separately. Parsley and garlic can be replaced with lemon juice, then marinating will take 15 minutes.
