  • Seasoning for fish - 2 large spoons.
  • Salt, black pepper.

Step by step recipe:

First make the marinade. To do this, pour oil into a bowl and add the prepared fish seasonings from the bag.

  • large onion.

Sauce

  • cream – 200 ml;
  • salt – two pinches;
  • mustard – 50 g.

Cooking method

We take:

  • Fillet – 600 gr.
  • Potatoes – 800 gr.
  • Mushrooms, dried – 50 gr. (it is acceptable to replace with fresh champignons - 150-200 g.).
  • Onion – 2 heads.
  • Butter – 20 gr.
  • Sour cream – ½ cup.
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons.
  • Flour - a large spoon.
  • Dill - a bunch.
  • Salt.

How to cook:

  1. Soak the mushrooms, then boil until tender (save a little broth for the sauce).
  2. Boil potato tubers in their skins. When it has cooled, peel and cut into slices.
  3. Fillet the red fish and cut it into small portions. Salt and pepper, leave for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into rings and fry in olive oil until lightly browned.
  5. Place a layer of half the fried onion in the oiled pan, then part of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
