Now cut the dough left on the sides diagonally into strips 3 cm thick. We alternately wrap each strip of dough over the filling, forming the top of the pie in the form of a braid.
Brush the top of the pike pie with beaten yolk and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 2 onions;
- 80 ml apple cider vinegar;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 100 g each of mayonnaise and sour cream;
- a little lean butter;
- a pinch of spices for fish and salt.

Close the machine with the lid, select the “Baking” program, bake the pike and potatoes in the multicooker for 60 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the portion with chopped herbs.
